Upon returning to the room on Friday to get ready for the night, I discovered that my wallet had been tampered with. Little did I know that this would be a grave mistake. In an attempt to avoid carrying all my belongings to the pool, I made the unfortunate decision to leave my wallet in my suitcase in the room. While the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed our time by the pool, the incident that occurred during our stay has left a sour taste in my mouth. My friends and I stayed at this establishment from Wednesday to Sunday in a standard double Queen bedroom. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at the Palms Resort and Casino.
